Terror at NSK

There's an urban legend that every 10 years on the day of Halloween, a shapeshifting anomaly claims the life of at least 1 person. It's not proven, because it's victims are never found to tell the tale. Some people heed it and stay away from the streets, others pass it off as just unfortunate circumstances. Chester is one of the latter, a typical college student with not much going on in his life. Well, not until he comes face to face with the entity. Will he manage to miraculously escape its clutches? Or will he just be another unfortunate victim of the urban legend?
